Double Features

I miss going to the movies. 

We all do. If there was one movie I can point to as a reason why I miss going, it would be Grindhouse. A double bill with trailers sandwiched in between. It was an Easter weekend. The whole day was spent watching a 3 hour mammoth of mayhem. Popcorn, candy and a large soda at the concession stand were mandatory. Coming out of the theater on a sugar high and the Chick Habit song fresh in my ears. 

Edgar Wright, programmer of many a good double feature on his twitter, has upheld a rule that the second feature in a double bill can't be longer than the first. This list is culled from some of Edgar's picks, some selections over at the Criterion Channel and some of my own concoctions. We're indoors indeterminately. Here are some cures to aleviate the bordeom:
